中國石化新聞網訊 據悉，日本經濟產業(yè)?。?/span>METI）一位官員周一表示，日本和天然氣出口國論壇（GECF）已經簽署一份諒解備忘錄，計劃合作研究天然氣市場的開發(fā)和討論LNG的主要問題。

GECF成員包括阿爾及利亞、赤道幾內亞、尼日利亞、伊朗、埃及、阿曼、卡塔爾、俄羅斯、特立尼達和多巴哥以及阿聯(lián)酋。

METI自然資源和能源部旗下油氣部門負責人Ryo Minami表示，雙方將討論多個問題，包括放寬基于FOB的LNG合約的目的地條款、LNG緊急采購和亞洲溢價等。

Japan and the Gas Exporting Countries Forum have signed a memorandum of understanding to study the development of the gas market and discuss key LNG issues, a Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry official said Monday.

The GECF members include Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, Iran, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Trinidad and Tobago, and the United Arab Emirates.
